Supporting the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing training programs within the workstream. This role involves working closely with transformational change management (TCM) and functional teams to ensure that employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively while adopting new ways of working. The Training Coordinator is responsible for tracking training outcomes and ensuring that training programs align with I2R goals and objectives. What You'll Do
