Essential Functions:
- Work with internal and external Teams to define and refine a sustainable architectural design, dataflow between software components, and dataflow between system interfaces.
- Recommend, setup, and maintain a software development framework that is easy and sustainable for other Engineers to use.
- Work with your Team to organize and manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
- Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver as necessary.
- Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
- Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Partners.
- Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Partners relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
- Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers.
- Provide technical and process guidance to Team Members that are less familiar with Web application development.
- You will report to the SW Senior Manager.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 12+ years of related work experience.
- Mastery in software integration and configuration management.
- Mastery in software tool and technology-stack evaluation, and selection.
- Mastery in the creation of software vision, research, prototyping, and deployment.
- Mastery with Web development using Angular, C#, and ASP.NET Web APIs
- Ability to design, build, and maintain Web applications and hybrid Web applications.
- Understanding of applied AI concepts and technologies.
- Understanding how to develop micro-services architecture.
- Development experience within CNCF environments.
- Understanding of CIP architecture and communications.
- Desire to work on a Scrum Team.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and teaching others.
- Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.
- Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions.
- Mastery in Web Software development.
- Significant experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines.
- Significant experience in building automated tests.
- Experience in Scrum.
- Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products.
- Experience in the industrial automation industry.
- Familiarity of SAFe.
- Mastery in UX research and design.
