Onsite Location : Washington DC

Qualifications:

u 12+ years of experience in software automation, with a focus on CI/CD and DevOps.

u Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

u Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar.

u Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

u Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

u Strong communication and collaboration skills.

u Experience in framework development, API testing, and using Postman.

u Basic knowledge in ETL, SQL, and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

u Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

u Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

u Certification in relevant automation or DevOps tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

u Design and develop automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

u Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

u Lead the evaluation and selection of automation tools and technologies.

u Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites.

u Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.

u Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

u Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation and DevOps.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• Applications will be accepted until 04/18/25
• The annual salary for this position is between $83,250/- to $131,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
