Paint Assistant Shift: 1st Shift, (6am - 2pm) *Pay: $17-$20/hr (Based on experience)* We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Paint Assistant. This position involves preparing structures for paint processes, ensuring that all work meets quality standards, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Previous industrial paint experience is a plus but not required! If you have general manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, sketches, or manuals to determine prep requirements for structures before painting. Inspect parts and structures after painting to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Perform basic filling and cosmetic appearance work, including plugging holes and applying masking as needed. Work Environment and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as per company policies. Ensure that all paint processes adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
