Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud IAM Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Networking and proficiency in Python Java AWS and GCP. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can contribute to our cloud infrastructure and drive innovation. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting access right management system
  • Propose improvements for the operational IAM components
  • Responsible for developing API's for IAM Systems
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS and GCP to meet business requirements.
  • Manage and optimize cloud network infrastructure focusing on Cisco Meraki.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline cloud operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
  • Ensure security and compliance of cloud environments in accordance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Lead the migration of on-premises applications to cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year of experience working on IAM for at least one public cloud
  • Experience connecting API's and automating management in the Cloud
  • Maintain and provide recommendations on operational IAM components in the cloud
  • Must have strong experience in Cloud Networks specifically Cisco Meraki.
  • Must be proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Must have hands-on experience with AWS and GCP.
  • Nice to have experience with other cloud platforms and services.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Nice to have experience in automation and scripting.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Google Cloud Professional Engineer

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/08/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 - $123,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
