Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Senior Director, Field Sales Performance for our Revenue Performance team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and results across all field sales teams.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to support growth and client acquisition across regions and verticals.

  • Monitor economic shifts and educate field sales teams on strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Define and operationalize KPIs, benchmarks, and territory goals for the sales organization.

  • Analyze sales performance, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate on performance management frameworks.

  • Facilitate training and mentorship programs, and partner with marketing and HR for ongoing development of sales teams.

  • Champion the use of sales technology tools, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement in processes.

Competencies

Competencies we value for this role include strong ethical conduct, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to analyze, interpret, and present business and technical information. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have solid time management and organizational skills, and be able to manage change effectively. They should also be capable of problem-solving, adapting to new policies, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or performance management, and proficiency with CRM systems and sales tech tools.
