Job Summary We are seeking an experienced DNS Bluecat Lead Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform, Ansible, GCP, IPAM, PowerShell, Python, TCP/IP, Network Routing Protocols, DHCP, DNS and Cloud DNS. This role requires domain knowledge in Consumer Lending. The work model is hybrid with rotational shifts. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain infrastructure operations using Terraform and Ansible to ensure seamless deployment and configuration management.

Design, implement, and maintain DNS solutions using BlueCat Address Manager and BlueCat DNS/DHCP Server. -
Configure and manage DNS zones, records, policies, and profiles. -
Monitor and optimize DNS performance, availability, and scalability. -
Troubleshoot and resolve DNS-related issues and incidents. -
Ensure DNS security and compliance with industry standards and best practices, including DNSSEC and DNS Firewall. -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BlueCat solutions into the organization's IT infrastructure. - Document DNS configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Oversee the implementation and management of GCP services to support the companys cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize Infoblox IPAM for efficient IP address management and ensure network integrity.
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and Python to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP Network Routing Protocols DHCP DNS and Cloud DNS to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure management and security.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for infrastructure operations.
- Document infrastructure configurations processes and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure operations.
- Contribute to the company's purpose by ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure that supports consumer lending operations.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Have extensive experience with GCP services and cloud infrastructure management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Infoblox IPAM for effective IP address management.
- Be skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation.
- Have in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP Network Routing Protocols DHCP DNS and Cloud DNS.
- Bring domain expertise in Consumer Lending to understand and address specific business needs.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Show strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Have experience in working in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 05/08/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 - $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
