We're currently looking for a highly skilled Staff Product Designer with a focus on AI to join our team. RingCentral is transitioning to a future where we deliver "AI first communications you can trust." The Staff Product Designer will work closely with product teams to develop a deep understanding of our users, their challenges, and the AI-driven features we need to deliver to meet their needs. With a strong emphasis on AI use cases and mobile app design, the successful candidate will design interfaces and experiences to deliver these features effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their ability in crafting interactive designs across all levels of fidelity-from initial sketches to detailed specification documents-with a particular focus on integrating AI elements. This role demands a professional who excels in collaborating with both designers and engineers, appreciating the critical partnership between design and technology. Adaptable to shifting priorities and various project types, from visionary explorations to tightly scoped, rapid deliverables, the successful candidate will be passionate about driving innovation in design and understanding that a user-centric culture is key to UX success. The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and engage with stakeholders across the organization, from individual contributors to executive leaders, is essential. Job Duties:

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $157,500 and $225,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
