Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to build and lead an emerging Sales Development function for a fast growing leader in Digital Transformation consulting and IT services. The primary responsibility of the SDR Manager will be to achieve sales targets through effective hiring, training, management, and coaching of a high performance sales development team. The SDR manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with our sales leadership to ensure a consistent level of appointments scheduled for our team of account executives. With a technology stack and demand generation approach that combines lead and account based motions, the SDR manager will help guide the SDRs to the right set of tactics for both approaches.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development, SDR management, and a passion for coaching and developing team members. The team will initially support a team of four SDRs supporting new account activities.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an incentive plan based on company, team, and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location
