What You'll Do
  • Lead plant operations to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Drive measurable improvements in on-time delivery, service levels, and lead-time reduction.

  • Build and develop a high-performing, cross-trained workforce.

  • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices for safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement.

  • Partner with Sales to align production capabilities with growth goals.

  • Maintain equipment through strong preventative maintenance programs.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize throughput without sacrificing quality.

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure responsive, data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Sales, R&D, Quality, HR-to drive plant success.

What You'll Bring

  • Metals manufacturing experience (fabrication, finishing/machining, assembly).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Job Compensation
