Director, Radiation Oncology

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Radiation Oncology is responsible for the leadership and overall management of the Department of Radiation Oncology. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the planning, annual goals, fiscal management, daily operations, personnel, patient care standards and quality improvement.

EDUCATION:

Master Degree in a related field preferred, along with background in healthcare such as Radiation Therapy Technology Degree, Nursing degree or Healthcare Administration Degree

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years management experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Exceptional communication skills.
