- Professional experience as Performance Engineer with good hands-on experience in implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions, failover strategies to optimize the performance and availability of applications.
- Mandatory Skills : Kubernetes, Splunk, JMeter
- Strong hands-on skills with test script development using JMeter. Experience in implementing performance tests (load/stress/endurance) using JMeter and performance monitoring using APM tools to identify performance issues.
- Hands-on experience in APM tools such as Dynatrace & AppDynamics to conduct root cause analysis for performance and scalability bottlenecks
- Able to analyze Splunk logs, Dynatrace distributed traces/AppDynamics snapshots, method hotspots and response-time hotspots to identify slow components and provide recommendations
- Experience in writing Splunk queries to extract relevant information from application logs and creation of Splunk Dashboards
- Experience in performance testing for Cloud (AWS) deployments, Kubernetes containerized applications and microservices. Candidate should have a good knowledge on Kubernetes deployments and commands
- Hands-on experience in crafting and implementing Chaos and failover test scenarios to measure and test for application resilience. Candidate should have a good knowledge on auto-scaling, circuit breakers, failover strategies and disaster recovery solutions
- Proven understanding on Java/Python, SQL query creation and manipulation skills
- Strong ability to track and contribute to technical discussions about application integration and high-availability, resilience and observability
- Individual Contributor with good communication skills

- Work with technical teams to analyze, design, and convert non functional requirements to performance engineering scenarios
- Track and contribute to technical discussions about application performance and high-availability, disaster recovery, failover, resilience and observability
- Has an oversight on application quality, automation, and guides the team to achieve key quality results
- Responsibilities include performance engineering, failover testing, chaos testing, performance monitoring & analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis, troubleshooting activities and driving proactive resolutions
- Helps to grow NFT Quality Test Strategy standards within the system/application and compatibility with the architecture of the platform
- Individual Contributor with highly developed communication skills
