Summary:
This position develops the vision, strategy, budget, operational plan and program design for at least one or more strategic programs. Additionally, the incumbent leads and manages team operations and manages relationships and communications as well as the staff responsible. This position is accountable for program goals and outcomes. The role mentors, oversees and directs other program resources and is accountable for cultivating a culture of engagement.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in health care or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Licensure/certification may be preferred or required depending on program.
  3. Experience: 7+ years of program management.
  4. Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
  5. Excellent adaptability
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent negotiation and business acumen
  8. Excellent budget development and administration skills
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  10. Demonstrated ability to model professional behavior by working as a valuable team member, respecting others, and maintaining open and honest communications.
