*Description*
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their app refresh project. Their main application is being refreshed and slated to be completed by the end of the year. *Required Skills* Project management, Agile, Scrum, mobile application, jira, office 365 * Experienced in Scaled Agile and Scrum Planning/Execution, including leading formal Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions quarterly. * Proficient in digital customer-facing products (B2C, B2B) such as mobile apps, websites, omnichannel solutions, e-commerce, integrations including APIs, and platforms. * Skilled in creating and providing key project artifacts (Including regularly updating) Project Plan, RAIDD, Project Charter, Business Intake, Executive status reporting, Health Dashboards driven from data, etc.. * Managing a cross-functional set of teams that makeup of Development Engineering Front-end and Back-end, Product Manager, Designers, QA, and QE resources driving them to autonomy and self-organized into their ways of working. This will consist of onshore and offshore team members * Collaborates with Product Managers and Technology leads to create and drive the roadmap. * Possesses a strong delivery mindset to drive and hold accountable our plans and milestone dates, including critical problem-solving, mitigation, and pressure testing data/reporting to ensure we stay on track. * Demonstrates strong investment in the products or projects assigned, including the business, end users, and underlying technology. * Tool experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Office365 suite, Figjam (Or equivalent Whiteboarding tools) *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This person must have great communication skills & be able to push projects through effectively and efficiently. *This opportunity is a contract to hire and resource need to sit onsite in Knoxville, TN. * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
