*Onsite-Troy, Michigan* *Technical Skill* * Documentation * Data Entry * Processing * Insurance * Customer Service * Phone, Email, Chat Support *Description* Our client needs support for the processing of special handling insurance documents. During the training period candidates will learn business processes and how each function integrates with client specifications. The Client Care Specialist will communicate with clients, assist with audits, research and report. There will be communication via Email and Phone with clients, insurance agents, and borrowers. Phone work is required via outbound and inbound calls, however most of the communication is done via Email. Individuals in this position will be working primarily on a task lists of items they need to complete. The system is proprietary and you will be taught how to use the system. *Duties* * Individuals in this role will be working off of a task list using proprietary systems. * Will be doing a lot of research such as: why did this happen? How do we resolve it? How do we respond to the client with the fix? * Updating documents that come via email. * Respond to client or borrower emails and phone calls in a timely manner. * There will be inbound and outbound calls. * Make necessary updates in the system. * Work within Microsoft Excel and provide reporting as directed. * Audit items and communicate to insurance agents * Analyze loan and insurance policies, with the goal of problem solving for clients. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * strong ANALYTICAL and critical thinking skills - must be able to research and piece things together to find a solution. * strong verbal and written communication skills - via email and phone. * basic MS Excel skills. * preferred experience is in a role that requires analytical thinking, research and attention to detail! * ability to to adapt to change! this role could change and requires people to switch gears and adapt if needed and QUICKLY! * insurance or mortgage background is a really nice to have! * 2 or 4 year degrees in business or IT focus. *Work Environment* * Office environment. * First 4 weeks are fully on-site. * TRAINING SCHEDULE: 8am to 4:30pm - first 2 to 3 weeks. * Eligible to go hybrid at the start of week 5, pending performance metrics. * Hybrid schedule requires 2 Days in office per week. 3 Days remote per week. * After training, 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm shift. *Interviews & Start Date* * Start Date: May 13, 2025 * Interviews: April 21 - April 30 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
