TEKsystems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a major client of ours in Neenah. This role is a long term contract with the right to hire. This role is 100% on site in Neenah. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a service or support role. * Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Products in 365, networking and communication systems. * Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and document findings effectively. Responsibilities: Service Desk: * Serve as the first point of contact and provide day-to-day technical support to end users. * Respond to Level 1 support requests via multiple sources such as phone, system responses, chat, or other methods. * Enter or update call information into the tracking system. * Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Diagnose and resolve customer call issues. * Escalate calls as appropriate. Project Planning: * Provide input to projects during planning and requirements gathering. * Participate in support training before projects are launched. Customer Technology Support: * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following documented procedures. * Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. * Explain service procedures to customers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
