Job Description
This finance-based position is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial and operational drivers to develop complex models within assigned areas. Techniques include workload forecasting, resource staffing, daily volume analysis, historical performance trending, and large-scale data analysis. Data analysis is of moderate to broad scope and complexity, requiring the combination of multiple data sources into one report and thorough research of data sources. The role involves providing solutions to management based on findings from data analysis and trends, including the development of metrics, preparation of reports, graphs, and charts to support the analysis. The individual exercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. They provide expertise on large projects and manage small projects. Additionally, they participate in staffing requirement development, including budgeting and forecasting of staffing requirements and related expenses. Additional Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience Required: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field * 5 years of experience analyzing, modeling, and forecasting complex data * Experience with report design and presentation * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and advanced skills in Excel Preferred: * 6+ years of experience in analyzing, modeling, and forecasting data * PeopleSoft experience * Experience with large volume data * Proficiency in nVision and Query *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $46.00/hr.
