JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Hospital Facilities Maintenance Manager with 8+ years minimum of hospital facilities maintenance work experience, preferably in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Experience in managing maintenance contracts and understands Joint Commission requirements. 3+ years of supervisory work experience minimum. Works under minimal supervision to plan, organize, and coordinate various functions of the UT Southwestern Medical Center facilities. QUALIFICATIONS
