Staffmark is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support this meaningful work. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential and growth!

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Overview:

As a Production Associate, you'll be responsible for the technical, mechanical, and electrical assembly of products, along with finishing and packaging. You'll help ensure that each product meets high-quality standards, and you'll assist in training new team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Essential Duties:



  • Assemble, finish, and package components and finished goods
  • Accurately complete all related paperwork
  • Participate in production meetings as needed
  • Assist with training new and current employees
  • Perform all other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and safety rules
  • Manual dexterity and close vision
  • Ability to interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Must be comfortable sitting or standing throughout the shift
