Job Responsibilities Follows and encourages others to follow all organizational safety rules and practices. Fosters & maintains a positive work environment. Performs basic tasks interacting with pumps, pipes, valves, and HMIs to prepare and charge material into the manufacturing batch process. Ability to operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and transport materials. Performs basic lab testing. Count and report inventory daily and assist monthly inventory counts. Ability to follow and perform lock out tag out (LOTO) for maintenance work on equipment. Maintain work area in a clean, organized, and safe environment. Maintain accurate records including batch sheets, lab data entries, and shift turnover documents. Recommends methods to improve production methods and equipment. Ability to assist others in troubleshooting problems. Performs other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Basic computer literacy. Must be able to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. Ability to climb steps, stairs, and ladders on a regular basis. Ability to work on elevated platforms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
