Job Description As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Aberdeen, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As a Patrol Officer in a retail and mall environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be a key factor in maintaining a secure atmosphere for patrons and staff. You will engage with the public, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, and we prioritize a caring culture that puts people first. This unarmed position requires individuals who are 21 years or older, with a preference for those with CPR/First Aid certification and comfort using computers or tablets.
