The level 1 Support technicians will configure roughly 1,000 Samsung tablets with a new fleet management tool. Techncians will also be supporting onsite internal employees with technical support when needed. *Skills* Troubleshooting, Hardware, samsung, tablet, fleet management software, Customer service, Technical support *Top Skills Details* Troubleshooting,Hardware,samsung,tablet,fleet management software *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 6 months- 1 year of technical support experience prior experience configuring devices like tablets/ laptops *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
