The Opportunity: We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on our team: The Global Marketing team sets the global brand strategy, developing marketing plans for regional teams to execute in market. We are currently seeking an Associate Manager for the Global Brand Marketing team on the Toy Story Action Figures team. This person will play a pivotal role in setting global brand strategies and managing product development for regional teams to execute in market. Working alongside the Manager and cross-functional teams, the Associate Marketing Manager will ensure that the brand has exceptional marketing support, creating unique and strategic products and programs within budgets that can be maximized across global retail and ecommerce. Keys to success will be strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and an excitement to work on licensed products. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are crucial for success, being able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. This individual must also be comfortable working in dynamic and demanding environments, with a knack for embracing ambiguity and change, while focusing on solutions and best paths forward What Your Impact Will Be:
