Part - Time| PC Technician (Connect/Disconnect, Moving & Set Up) - 8 Week Project

Disconnect and reassemble reconnect PCs and other office equipment. Work may involve moving, storing, packing, loading, and transporting office equipment or other industrial equipment for commercial relocation contracts.

Disconnecting, and packing computer equipment from office, industrial, museum, laboratory, or other assigned move projects.
• Assists with the pick-up (loading), transportation, and delivery (unloading and placement) of office furniture/equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Routinely involves lifting, movement, and placement of heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment (hand-truck or dolly). May also require crawling, sitting on the floor, or working in confined spaces.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior knowledge of computer hardware preferred
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with other crew members, clients, and move coordinators
• Must successfully pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
• Capable of lifting and carrying 35+ lbs.
