Description: Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service to members visiting the branch. Ensure all member service transactions are conducted efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, creating debit cards, depositing checks, and answering inquiries. Responsibilities: * Conduct all member service transactions, including cash handling, creating debit cards, depositing checks, and addressing member questions. * Build and maintain positive member relationships through excellent service and communication. * Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
