A TEKsystems client in Memphis, TN is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's planned on-premises HA data centers and network operation center. This role will include infrastructure engineering duties and will grow in responsibilities. Ultimately, the position will manage a team of technicians, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure, and implementing best practices for data center and IT/OT network operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing data center and network environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, virtualization, server, and storage systems. Experience with data center and network operations center management tools and software. Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud technologies in an enterprise environment. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data center operations (e.g., Uptime Institute, ITIL). Preferred experience in manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Certifications & Education Bachelor's Degree Certifications such as Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), or similar are preferred. Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar are preferred. Certifications in VMware or Cyber Security are a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr. The company will provide a benefits package. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Byhalia,MS.
