*Description*
Our client is looking to add 3 Executive Assistant/Administrators to their growing team. One of these individuals will report to the President/CEO, another to the Board of Directors, and the other to the Chief Strategy/Growth Officer. These are new positions for the business as they grow, and the leadership team has more responsibilities on their plate. The EA's will administer calendars, help coordinate events, compile reports and presentations in the Microsoft Office Suite, put together memos and meeting packets, manage travel logistics and expenses, and work proactively to support the executives in any and all other needs. The ideal candidate can anticipate needs and take initiative after getting integrated in the organization. Confidentiality is very important in this role; people will be vying for the EA's time and information, and this person must be able to say no and manage their executive's time effectively. They will be working with different personalities and organizational needs, so candidates should have a good system of time management already in place - the kind of person who has their friends' birthdays on calendar and is the first to reach out in the morning! There will be times of stress and lots of work, but the team will support each other as needed and will report to their current head EA. *Top Skills Details* - Previous experience as an executive assistant/administrator to business leadership - Able to anticipate needs and manage daily tasks without being directed on every task - Excellent written/oral communication skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Workspace (reporting, presentations, memos, calendars) - Highly organized, and able to explain personal organizational strategy - Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing the correct people on the team - Able to conduct daily work at the highest levels of confidence, as this person reports to executive leadership of a credit union *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Experience in the finance world would be nice - Experience in event planning/coordination would be nice *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* These positions will be enabling executive leadership to continue their support of the members and the credit union's community outreach activities.
