*Professional Summary* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our inbound customer service team, specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) calls. This role is focused on fostering strong customer relationships, resolving issues with efficiency, and managing customer accounts with precision. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Prior call center experience is highly desired but not required-candidates from Seterus or Freedom are highly encouraged to apply and will be prioritized for immediate hiring.
*Key Responsibilities* * Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely payments. * Manage customer accounts, accurately receiving and posting payments in a time-sensitive manner. * Actively inform customers about the status of their accounts to maintain transparency and trust. * Collect overdue payments and negotiate solutions to bring accounts current. * Investigate and resolve billing-related questions and concerns, collaborating directly with customers and internal teams. * Proactively identify and address challenges by conducting research and analysis to develop effective solutions. * Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently through strong organizational skills. * Provide outstanding communication, ensuring interactions remain professional and solutions-oriented. *Qualifications* * 1-2 years of successful experience in a billing or call center environment. * Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms is preferred; intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems is an advantage. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both customers and internal teams. * Strong familiarity with MS Office 365 and Google Workspace is highly desirable. * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to research and analyze challenges for effective resolution.
