About the Role: TEKsystems is seeking an experienced and dedicated Collections Supervisor to join our clients on-site in Louisville, KY. This role involves collaborating with two other supervisors to manage the day-to-day operations of a team of 17 collectors. Key responsibilities include training new hires, coaching team members on collection calls, handling escalated calls, and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. To gain an in-depth understanding of the collections process, this role will initially involve taking collection calls before transitioning fully into a supervisory capacity. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of a team of 17 collectors. * Train new hires to ensure seamless onboarding and skill development. * Handle escalated calls, providing excellent resolution strategies. * Coach team members, offering guidance and actionable feedback. * Maintain compliance within a highly regulated industry. Required Qualifications: * Proven management or leadership experience. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Expertise in collections, banking, or related areas. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the banking industry is a strong plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
