*Summary*
* We are Immediately seeking a Technical analyst/coordinator to help with analysis and project coordination. This person must be strong within excel, reporting and have attention to detail. Written and verbal communication is a must due to the level of communication necessary to 6 departments. *Job Description* * Act as a liaison between multiple departments and coordinate schedule/tasks * Review Project Gas Problem & Change Tickets (Change Management system) for accuracy * Review workbooks used for scheduling tasks for multiple departments for proper completion by Divisions * Perform data inquiries and analyze results against completed workbooks * Communicate with Division Operations teams to resolve issues with workbooks * Schedule Project point-to-point's with Divisions * Validate SCADA details before and after Point-to-point completion * Attend project team meetings to provide status updates and feedback as needed * Maintain multiple project timelines *Required Skills* * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) * Experience working with databases and spreadsheets * Ability to stay productive with limited supervision * Attention to detail/accuracy * Ability to work long periods on computers reviewing data * Ability to consistently follow defined processes * Some knowledge of computer networking is preferred * Experience or understanding of Natural Gas distribution is a plus, but not required * Experience with power bi or macro experience, it is a plus * Proficient excel experience- exporting data, putting it through access, creating reports and formulas *Work Environment* * Virtual/Work from home 95% or more, however there is the potential for occasional on-site meetings in the Las Vegas area. During training, you will be working at least one day in a office (Las Vegas area) . This requirement will be reviewed after the first 120 days. Team provides Scada support and is the liaison to field, gas control division, engineering and tech services along with IT. You need to be a very good communicator and talk to a lot of levels in the company. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
