This company is a leading supplier of welding and medical equipment, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Role: Customer Service Rep. Pay: $17-20/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm Location: The Dalles, OR Start Date: 4/28 Description: * Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way * Answer telephone calls promptly * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price, and use * Efficiently assess customer needs for products or services * Educate patients/clients on medical products and services * Fit and sell medical products and services to customers * Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer * Keep showroom stocked, clean, organized, and presentable * Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Medical experience is a plus * Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs * Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time * Ability to accurately enter data into the computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position * Computer literacy and a typing test will be part of the interview. You MUST be proficient in basic computer operations and typing. All other aspects are a plus, but we will train the correct person. Experience Level: Entry - Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
