Description Act as a liaison between multiple departments and coordinate schedule/tasks Review Project Gas Problem & Change Tickets (Change Management system) for accuracy Review workbooks used for scheduling tasks for multiple departments for proper completion by Divisions Perform data inquiries and analyze results against completed workbooks Communicate with Division Operations teams to resolve issues with workbooks Schedule Project point-to-point's with Divisions Validate SCADA details before and after Point-to-point completion Attend project team meetings to provide status updates and feedback as needed Maintain multiple project timelines Skills* Project coordination, Quality assurance, SCADA, oil and gas, technical support, root cause analysis, excel, natural gas, data review, data analysis, SharePoint, Microsoft, sap Additional Skills & Qualifications Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) Experience working with databases and spreadsheets Ability to stay productive with limited supervision Attention to detail/accuracy Ability to work long periods on computers reviewing data Ability to consistently follow defined processes Some knowledge of computer networking is preferred Experience or understanding of Natural Gas distribution is a plus, but not required - It will be further analysis - There is addition aspects that require reviewing data - If they have power bi or macro experience, it is a plus. - Is it preferred, absolutely. - Proficient excel experience- exporting data, putting it through access, creating reports and formulas. - More than opening data -Building reports, connecting embedded formulas. - There is a coordination aspect of it - Assisting with workbooks - Troubleshooting with field and pulling different people in - Here are the data sets- this is what I want to achieve, give me the final answer etc. - looking for someone who can- Create priorities Supporting customers - internal employees and departments above Having someone who is analytical, work a lot in excel and also support a number of diff software apps- be well versed and easy to learn tech systems. (We troubleshoot these for the field and gas control) Compliance aspect of it- the group is the intentional bottle neck to assure there is documentation Enforce and reinforce the procedures- everything is created and has written procedures that can guide someone to do that Well versed to follow instruction Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
