Are you passionate about recovery, leadership, and making a meaningful impact? Join the world-renowned team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Peer Recovery Coach Supervisor (PRC-S) and help transform the future of care for individuals living with substance use disorders (SUDs).

As the PRC-S, you'll lead a dedicated team of Peer Recovery Coaches, empowering them to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You'll manage daily operations, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of hope, resilience, and growth-both for patients and staff.



What You'll Do:



  • Supervise and mentor a team of Peer Recovery Coaches (PRCs)



  • Oversee scheduling, documentation, and performance evaluations



  • Support professional development, certification, and education pathways for PRCs



  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and community partners



  • Lead quality improvement projects to enhance program outcomes and sustainability



  • Promote recovery-focused, patient-centered care throughout the hospital





What You Bring:



  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred



  • MABPCB certification (Maryland Addiction and Behavioral Health Professional Certification Board)



  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience



  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills



  • Knowledge of substance use treatment systems and community resources



  • Passion for recovery, equity, and patient empowerment

Salary Range: Minimum $24.92/hour - Maximum $43.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
