What you will be doing:

* Work hand-in-glove with our Chief Revenue Officer in crea9ng and execu9ng

strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

* Act as the main point of contact and leader of the US market, represen9ng the

company's vision, values, and solu9ons to key stakeholders, customers, and

partners.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the US,

including market research, compe9tor analysis, and iden9fica9on of key

prospects focusing on must-win accounts.

* Execute sales strategy to achieve targets and expand our customer base. Build

solid pipeline to deliver high closing rate, shorter sales cycles across US

market

* Lead a high-performing sales team in US, providing guidance, mentorship, and

support to achieve sales targets and KPIs within assigned territories and

accounts.

* Build and maintain strong, long-las9ng customer rela9onships (both as the

lead and from behind the scenes).

* Engage with ESG leaders, Asset Manager Leaders, Private Equity Leaders, Clevel decision-makers and other key stakeholders to understand their business

needs, present our solu9ons, and nego9ate mutually beneficial agreements.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers, managing the end-toend sales process from prospec9ng to closing deals, ensuring customer

sa9sfac9on and driving revenue growth.

* Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, repor9ng on forces that

shiS tac9cal budgets and strategic direc9on of accounts.

* Take ownership of the US market, with the opportunity to expand leadership

responsibili9es to global teams based on performance and results.

What you bring

What we need from you:

* BA/BS & MSC/MBA degree in a relevant field.

* Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, with a proven

track record of success in closing deals and genera9ng revenue.

* Proven sales leadership experience, mee9ng or exceeding targets.

* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the customer org,

including execu9ve and C-level with a strong ability to drive the sales process

from plan to close.

* Experience in crea9ng a sales pipeline from scratch and effec9vely managing

the sales process.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proac9ve and hands-on approach to problemsolving and a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

* Excep9onal communica9on and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organiza9on.
