Position Summary:
The Procurement Analytics Manager will work with the Procurement Excellence Director to design and optimize Procurement Excellence strategies, deliverables and milestones. This role will be responsible for enabling the transformation of Procurement to a digital & data driven function with connected and automated processes. They will support design and maintenance of dashboards & reporting for Procurement Performance as well as monitoring and analyzing Procurement risks using data models and risk assessment tools.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analytics Excellence: Operate as a Center of Excellence for Procurement Analytics, monitoring the data to uncover opportunities and risks early, communicating the insights with the Procurement team.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Procurement Excellence Director to drive procurement evolution plan that aligns with the organization's overall objectives. Executeprocurement excellence program within the Procurement organization.
- Procurement Analytics: Collaborate with Procurement Excellence Director to provide insights and forecasts to support Procurement strategies, performance and category management activities.
- Manager will support the creation of spend visibility & risk reports generated to support data driven decision-making across the department.
- Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data and automation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to drive informed procurement recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvements on procurement key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to leadership.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Execute risk governance structure to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Process and Procedures: Ability to assist in documenting strategies, processes, procedures and work instructions, as required.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain is required.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Bachelor's degree focused in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Contract Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics, Data Analytics or Statistics is desired
- Coupa software certification is helpful.
- Experience with AIC and Analytics modulesis desired.
- Analytics Professional (CAP), Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications are greatly helpful.
- Foodservice Industry &/or Manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to use data to create metrics, KPIs and dashboards supporting data driven decision making and process monitoring.
- Excellent data presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices both oral and written.
- Experience in interacting with various level of management, driving cultural acceptance organizations of standardize procurement processes and new technologies.
- Ability to facilitate cross functional opportunity ideation sessions to support continuous improvement, and data pipeline creation.
- Demonstrates strong leadership style, team management and influencing skills.

- Salary Base Range of $98,946.30-$155,214.99*
