Your Team, Your Impact The Sr Director, Finance will serve as a key member of the FP&A leadership team and serve as a key business partner to functional leaders to advise the management team in all financial aspects to improve the company's financial performance and support better resource allocation decisions of company's strategic initiatives. This position reports directly to the VP, Finance. The FP&A department will play a critical role as we chart the path for our next journey.The Sr Director, Finance will be responsible for company's financial planning, forecasting and delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting financial and operational metrics that assist in insightful, accurate business decision-making. The Sr Director, Finance will be responsible for overseeing a Central Engineering organization that has a comprehensive understanding of all key business drivers and sophisticated financial/allocation models that enable the team to deliver insightful, value-added analysis across the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and business acumen and deep understanding of semiconductor business and is a highly effective leader with superior communication and influencing skills to collaborate and influence with executive teams and business leaders in different functions and geographies as well as within the finance team. This position is based in-office at our Santa Clara, CA location What You Can Expect Work closely with other senior executives to drive efficient and effective processes in the annual strategic portfolio review to form company's business strategies for the organization and annual financial planning and goal-setting for Central Engineering and the business as a whole. Monitor ongoing performance against these objectives; identify incipient problems and initiate appropriate corrective action to keep the company on its target financial course What We're Looking For * B.S. degree preferably in finance or accounting. MBA and/or CPA preferred. with 15 years of related work experience. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in leading an FP&A team in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 194,640 - 291,600, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
