*Description*
Enterprise Architecture Governance is seeking a strong candidate to drive multiple initiatives, across the risk portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses in depth knowledge of a suite of applications and processes, has experience with leading strategic deliverables as product owner and possess great interpersonal and communication skills. Should have relevant experience in Risk Policies and Standards space. Responsibilities: * Manage the progression of risk projects being worked on by coordinating and ensuring engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside * Report on the progress of all risk items in governance forums * Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from varies key stakeholders both within the team and outside * The candidate would be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution o Coordinates and facilitates the program routines -e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. o Plans and coordinates program delivery and dependencies across multiple value streams. o Responsible to provide status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. o Measures the program success and reviews the metrics with stakeholders and leadership. * Responsible to provide status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. * Measures the program success and reviews the metrics with stakeholders and leadership. * Coordinates and facilitates the program routines -e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Leadership, Communication/ Relationship Soft Skills: * Ability to present to senior leadership * Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel * Support governance and oversight processes for managing alignment of change to strategic goals * Must be a creative thinker, flexible and not be afraid to challenge status quo * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio required * Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with and influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives * In depth knowledge of a suite of applications and processes preferred * Experience with process optimization * Control minded / experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk * Experience managing a portfolio of projects using Agile methodology * Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership) * Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent time management and prioritization skill *Skills* Project management, risk management, Governance, Risk policies and Standards, Meeting facilitation, Agile, Program management, Sdlc, Pmp *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Audit, MRA, *and Issue management is big here and will be something that the manager is looking for. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $64.53 - $64.53/hr.
