JOB MISSION: The Product Creation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting various creative functions ensuring that teams have the necessary support and tools to thrive. This position requires effective communication across multiple departments such as IT, HR, AV, Facilities, Finance, and Legal. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Supports Culture & Storytelling, Innovation, AI/Computation, and Global Design (Footwear/ Apparel/ Concept). * Coordinate meeting invites, location, recording and timing of key milestone meetings. * Manage and keep all invite and distribution lists updated. * Ensures teams and new hires have access to enterprise programs, key documents, resources,subscriptions, general helpful information, tools and are set up with training. * Creates and maintains a visual mural calendar outlining major milestones and overlap. * Maintains vendor and partner relations, licenses and subscriptions: legal requirements, payments, contracts, team access, calendar/scheduling needs (e.g., sponsored studios, workshops, conferences, speakers) * Assist with the orchestration and planning of events; invites, accommodations, meetings, meeting with vendors, booking, payment, contracts, legal communication, calendar. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: *Previous administrative or coordinator experience. * A strong team player with a proven record of excellent internal and external communication. * Highly organized action-oriented individual with ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks and support team members effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Ability to work well with others, give and take direction, interface with decision-makers professionally, and maintain confidential information * Working knowledge and experience with design, project management, office software. *Experience and event planning a plus. * Ability to move boxes of product (with assistance if necessary);climb and descend stairs.
