Responsibilities

Marketing automation data analyst will be part of the marketing team's automation initiatives. Ideal candidate is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, a self-starter, and drives results forward. The analyst will be expected to assist with marketing data work, email campaign functionality including audience pulls and campaign scheduling.

In addition, the candidate should have a strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data tools, maintain an eye for data quality, proactively set up reporting and analytics that help move work forward, and understand how the data connects to the marketing goals.

  • Contribute to team resources by documenting common queries and unique processes that can be leveraged by other data analysts on the team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience preferred
  • Experience with standard business and project management processes.
  • 1-3 years experience in managing and executing data management initiatives, including data management, warehousing, provisioning, and business intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, with expertise in SQL standards and best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, Pardot reporting and analysis tools, and data mining tools.
  • Experience in multiple areas of data standards, data management, data warehousing and business intelligence is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis experience with structured problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with healthcare related and HIPPA-protected data is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or the ability and willingness to quickly learn Salesforce best practices and development.
  • Experience with AWS, or similar cloud technology.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Experience in business process analysis, design, and documentation.
  • Execution and delivery focused mind set.
  • Desire to learn, explore and be challenged.
