We have expanded our HR function (aka the "Talent Team") to support our organization's growth and currently have an opening for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist/ HRBP. The Employee Relations Specialist will be a companywide resource. It will also serve as a people-forward business partner to our Commercial Stormwater (CSW) division, and reports to our Director of Employee Relations and Special Programs. This role involves delivering HR operations and solutions support within the CSW division, and driving HR initiatives that support business success, with a heavy focus on investigating and resolving employee relations issues. We are looking for a skilled HR professional who can partner with division leadership to address challenges within the business unit as we evolve. Therefore, the ability to influence and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization is essential for this strategic role. What You'll Do:
