GENERAL FUNCTION

The Promotions Manager will lead content development and strategic execution of multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness among consumers and eyecare providers. This individual is a master copywriter who thinks outside of the box and has a passion for engaging audiences and developing unique promotional campaigns.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Own ideation and creation of monthly editorial calendars and theme planning to drive a consistent narrative across all channels.
  • Write and publish meaningful, brand-aligned content for various channels including websites, newsletters, brochures, media campaigns and event signage.
  • Create and manage library of external-facing promotional assets.
  • Ensure the department's online presence is of the highest quality and aligned to organizational legal and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and lead execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to promote brand awareness, loyalty and engagement.
  • Explore industry trends and dynamics to introduce new, creative ideas for unique programs that ensure go-to-market approach is aligned to latest opportunities for maximizing engagement and driving results.
  • Leverage data and constituent insights to support evolution of marketing strategies and methodologies ensuring continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to launch new products and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Partner with organizational subject matter experts through the process of gathering information, copywriting, editing and securing approval for assigned communications.
  • Develop and manage system to streamline intake of content requests, promotional messaging, and analysis of campaign deliverables.
  • Work with approved vendors to oversee projects and manage budget process.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators across campaign deliverables to provide analysis of success through applicable metrics.
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness is aligned to or above industry engagement benchmarks.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in promotional marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of cross-functional projects.
  • Expertise in campaign development, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, analytics software, and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing promotional strategies that resonate with diverse audiences

  • Self-starter who takes ownership over issues and effectively collaborates to achieve goals

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
