Position Summary The School of Public Administration (SPA) at the University of New Mexico invites applications for a full-time, visiting assistant professor position in public administration to begin in August 2025. Candidates with an interest in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion are particularly encouraged to apply; however, other specializations, such as tribal administration, non-profit management and comparative public administration, will also be considered. Applicants must have a PhD in public administration or a related field by the date of appointment. For best consideration, all application materials must be received by May 1, 2025. Applications must demonstrate evidence of excellence in teaching and research, as well as a desire to contribute to the larger goals of the School. The new faculty member will contribute to core, required undergraduate and graduate courses.
