Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Manage a team of IS professionals responsible for the development, support, and enhancements of Calpine Solutions Retail applications. Will plan, organize, direct and control the functions of this department. Responsible for developing staff and playing a key role in scheduling the effective utilization of staff resources based on requests made. Works closely with business areas to identify business needs and develop system solutions. Actively participates in the analysis and design of technology solutions to meet the business need. Responsible for continually enhancing the procedures and processes followed in completing the activities of the department. Assures that technology standards are defined, and the department is complying with those standards. Job Responsibilities Acts as liaison between the business user community, application vendors, 3rd party vendors and the Application Support organization. Applies expert knowledge of Calpine Energy Solutions' technology and business processes to solve complex business problems. Documents and implements development processes, coding standards, and best practices for the development team. Implements and maintains Azure DevOps deployment process, including branching strategies, code reviews, build pipelines, and release management. Job Requirements Education

Salary Information - Position eligible for annual bonus. Salary range $128,704 - $189,839 Additional Calpine Information
