This position reports to the Director of Marketing; working closely with Human Resources and various Management Teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Recruiting Strategy

Conceive, document and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy

Attract and retain the highest caliber employees

Help establish a company culture centered around our company values

Establish multi-channel recruitment process and educate hiring managers on the recruitment strategy

Defining Job Scope, Posting and Drafting Job Descriptions

Help in the development of effective job postings and descriptions that are unique and nontraditional that sets Central Power Systems and Services apart from standard postings and job descriptions that describes the roles

Develop effective job postings and manages all postings and other recruitment processes to ensure a systematic approach

Maintain Applicant Tracking System

Master current Applicant Tracking System utilizing the recruiting system to manage candidate data to use as a resource in developing, tracking, and analyzing reports that measure the life cycle of open job requisitions in terms of days open and time to file

Keep a database of applications and quarterly send outs to passive candidates communicating new markets, culture events and growth opportunities

Train hiring managers on ATS and make sure they are utilizing the tool to its full potential

Recruiting

Identify and recruit potential internal hires for roles such as Technicians, Managers, Sales Reps, Accounts payable/Receivables, sale, Billing/Collections, Admin, Engineers, IT, and any other position needed

Screen minimum all qualified candidates

Profile Assessments

Master Central Power Systems and Service's assessments for qualifying candidates, interviewing and screening applicants for Culture Index profiling, business competence, applicable background, and skills qualifications to ensure that the hiring manager's requirements are met

Reporting

Maintains daily activity log identifying current and planned recruitment efforts, (eg Track Days to Fill, # of searches, # of screens by phone, # of searches, # of submissions, # of submissions, # of interviews per position, # of hires)

Track monthly EEO reports as mandated by the FLSA

Onboarding

Working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

Handle all compensation and employment information with extreme confidentiality

Resource Management and Employer Branding

RepresentCentral Power Systems and Services at College andDiversity job fairs by attending to enhance awareness of Central Power Systems and Service and promote employment opportunities

Travel to Vo-tech schools across the nation to recruit qualified Technicians

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 4 years recruiting experience for both salaried and hourly positions
  • Ability and desire for frequent travel
  • Working knowledge of service repair shops and the industry are preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Good computer and systems knowledge
