Position Title:Compliance Analytics Program Manager Department:Ethics and Compliance Job Description:

General Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing the Ethics and Compliance teams efforts to research and evaluate progress toward compliance through quantitative and qualitative metrics, including developing and implementing reports, surveys and evaluations for the health system entities, completing and analyzing outcomes from reports and materials to identify key gap areas potentially affecting OU Health's ability to remain compliant with federal and state statutes, rules, and regulations with the goal of creating a more compliant workforce.

Responsible for developing and deploying strategies in partnership with Compliance leaders, to ensure current practices stay within the boundaries of the law. Provide updates to team members and management when regulations change. Responsible for leading measurement of the health system's compliance initiatives through dashboard and reports.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Obtains necessary information from multiple complex data sources to complete compliance analysis and develops recommendations to reduce organizational risks.
  • Partner with health system leaders, HR professionals and other Compliance Program Managers to ensure continuous learning in new areas of required compliance.
  • Supports organizational compliance initiatives with data compilation and analysis based on system data and across other industry-wide benchmarking data.
  • Support the buildout of a system Compliance Dashboard to track key performance indexes (KPIs), tracking and trending of compliance cases and audits.
  • Provide feedback on design of policies, programs, procedures, and other controls.
  • Lead and contribute to special projects with high impact to OU Health's Compliance program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Experience: At least 3 years experience in healthcare.

Certifications/Registrations Required: None

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of healthcare operations.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and proficiency with Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience with collecting and analyzing data and reports.
  • Ability to perform effective research and prepare document summaries.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to coordinate a varying workload and be flexible towards changing priorities.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and make decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodology.
