Acentra Health is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team

Job Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and dependable Administrative Assistant to deliver essential support to our team, department, or leadership group. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the backbone of daily operations-managing calendars, streamlining communication, and ensuring processes run efficiently.   • ** The selected candidate will work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern. **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare clear and accurate reports, charts, and presentation materials for internal and external use.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software tools to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Draft, compile, and distribute reports, memos, and internal communications in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and archived records to ensure easy retrieval and up-to-date documentation.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls or messages to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and team events with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative functions such as managing expense reports, monitoring office supply inventory, and processing invoices or purchase orders.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Administrative Support role.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with minimal supervision.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience providing customer service in a professional environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour

Based on our compensation program, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
