Summary of Position As VP/GM of General Medicine, your focus will be on increasing business through innovative solutions, higher utilization, and improved contract structures to maximize value for clients and members. You will be hyper focused on the request to visit funnel as well as insights and data, to improve through put, financial performance, operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. You will also ensure that commercial field-facing teams have the appropriate tools, resources, and influence to address issues and blockers that are inhibiting bookings, revenue growth, or retention for these product lines and offerings for the USGH (US Group Health) Business Unit. This is a critical and exciting role, whereby you will lead the evolution of our general medicine telemedicine offerings, driving innovation and differentiation in an increasingly commoditized industry. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance virtual care product lines as well as Integrated Offerings that align to USGH Business Unit Strategy and Integrated Care Team Strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the P&L of Virtual Care Products, focused on revenue and margin growth and value creation for customers through innovative telemedicine strategies. Improve activation of existing General Medical membership and referrals into all applicable product lines through targeted engagement strategies. Ensure that TDH Digital Experiences (e.g., TDH App 2.0) align with and achieve Virtual Care and Integrated Care Team business performance and client value objectives. Work with Clinical and Data Science teams to ensure that outcomes are properly targeted, tracked, and reported back to clients in a way that showcases value. Receive Voice of Market/Client from Commercial teams and funnel insights into business strategy and marketing, product, clinical, and operational plans. Develop a deep understanding of the Virtual Care Products' books of business and business metrics, driving forward strategies that enable revenue growth, retention, and enhanced utilization. Work with sales leaders to ensure that Virtual Care Products and Integrated Offerings pipelines and value propositions support bookings and revenue growth goals. Negotiate and improve contract structures to enhance business sustainability and competitiveness. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that client needs for marketing, optimal member enrollment, and overall awareness for products are met. Partner on initiatives to improve and maintain a high degree of member engagement for Virtual Care products and Integrated Offerings with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams for business growth in virtual care products within a health plan or with a healthcare vendor, serving health plans or employer groups. 10+ years of experience with population health or care management intervention reporting up through enterprise, commercial strategy within a healthcare ecosystem; digital healthcare experience highly valued. 10+ years of experience using data analytics and insights to maximize engagement and growth. Track record of recognizing growth opportunities and partnering with Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams to maximize those growth opportunities.

Demonstrated capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire vision and drive revenue and outcomes. Excellent critical thinking, analysis, organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and influence skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through a matrix management structure. Strong knowledge of client service and operational processes with an ability to maximize efficiency and enhance profitability. Detail and process oriented. High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Project, Salesforce, MS Teams, or other collaboration platforms.

The base salary range for this position is$240,000 - $275,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
