Responsibilities:

The Program Coordinator, along with the Program Director, oversees all aspects of programming. Primary responsibilities include: supervision of residential supervisors, assistant supervisors and residential counselors; coordination of scheduling and assignment of shift staff; management of the treatment environment with specific attention to quality of services, activities and routines; application of appropriate therapeutic intervention tactics and implementation of key treatment practices and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in related Human Services field, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Minimum of two years of experience working in residential treatment or similar environment
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with demonstrated leadership and maturity.
This position requires a candidate seasoned in residential services with considerable direct care and supervisory experience

Shift:

40hr with required flexibility to work evenings and some split shifts
