Who We Seek

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Residential Program Coordinator who will work with the Program Director to oversee all aspects of programming for a male residential group home program. The Program Coordinator will also be well versed in and monitors policy, procedure, quality of services, ARC treatment philosophy, behavioral supports and management, and training new staff.

Job Responsibilities


  • Along with the Program Director creates, implements, and adheres to a robust and purposeful daily schedule.
  • Ensures that the physical environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a homelike manner, and is adequately equipped with supplies.
  • Completes all paperwork in a timely and professional manner (QTC reports, service notes, meal counts, Incident report sign-offs)
  • Attends meetings and training (team meetings, quarterly treatment conferences, staff meetings, Professional Development Training, and many more upon request).
  • Is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate record-keeping systems and upkeep of the supervisor's office as well updating kid specific issues and relaying any responses or plans put into place by the team.
  • Provides direct supervision to the program supervisor and counselors when needed and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assists clinicians in running psycho education groups
  • Initiates daily shift meetings with staff and community meetings in the milieu.
  • Assists Program Director in completing performance evaluations and candidate interviews.
  • Has specific training in the areas of: medication administration; emergency physical plant procedures to include: fire alarm system, generator, snow emergencies, heating and physical plant problems, evacuation procedures, on-call systems, vehicle safety, and high risk behaviors including assigning risk statuses.
  • Is responsible for program financial expenses (Credit Card Use, Petty Cash, Budget)
  • Participates in performance quality improvement efforts that include but are not limited to timely and accurate completion of identified workflows and documentation measures outlined in the agency PQI plan and divisional goal plans.



Who You Are

You will be seasoned in residential services with considerable direct and supervisory experience.You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicate in a positive and professional manner, possess solid conflict resolution skills and demonstrated leadership. Bachelor's Degree is in related human services field is preferred.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive

This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months
