As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by providing personalized support to our members and guests, addressing their needs, and promoting our products and services. What are the Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, telephonic, or electronic customers, assessing their needs and referring them to the right resources, people, or tools to address their concerns related to healthcare, health insurance, and other related topics.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using various tools and collaborating with other business areas to ensure a seamless retail center experience, while maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Educate customers on utilizing web-based tools, self-service resources, and other aids to effectively manage their healthcare and costs, including conducting orientations, workshops, and seminars on available resources and programs.
  • Provide product information, and identify opportunities for members to participate in value-added services and programs, while serving as a subject matter expert on Health Care Reform and related topics.


What is Required:



  • 1+ years' experience in face-to-face consultative experience in a retail environment
  • State of Florida 2-40 license, or ability to obtain within 60 Days of employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Experience researching problems, and excellent follow-up skills required
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools
  • Typical work hours are 8:30-5 and 10:30-7, alternating weeks, and frequent Saturdays 9-4. During open enrollment or heavy volume period of times, these hours will fluctuate.


What is Preferred:



  • Associate's degree
  • Experience in insurance industry, physician's office, hospital or other position in health care industry or experience with financial products or services
  • Experience in store/retail management
  • Bilingual - Spanish


General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences). Typical Hourly Pay Range: $19 - $23, within an full range of $19-$30

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
